Grand Sirkeci Hotel Istanbul

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The exterior and interior were nice, and the staff was kind and apologetic when our room got switched. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with polite staff. The location was great, near plenty of shops and restaurants, and close to National Parks.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location near tram and ferry stations, major attractions within walking distance. Clean, comfortable rooms with daily room service and towels change. Helpful and polite staff providing PCR test service, laundry and airport transfer. Exceptional hotel experience with elegant rooms. Delicious Turkish breakfast available with rooftop views.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city center and close to all the major attractions. It was also conveniently located near transportation options, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees always ready to assist. the daily room cleaning ensured a clean and comfortable stay.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the housekeeping service. the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and despite requesting toilet wipes multiple times, they were never provided.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The free trolley bus was convenient. The pool area had a gas fire pit, attractive cabanas, and seating areas. The location was great, away from the crowded areas but still close to Brickell village.

Noisy construction from 7 am to 4 pm.

This hotel was fantastic! I loved the location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around-this hotel is located near to the tram and close to everything. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a mix of Turkish and continental dishes. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, near all major attractions, perfect for those who want to explore the city. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well presented, with helpful and friendly staff. Guests can enjoy a great breakfast in their restaurant with views across the roof tops. the hotel also supplies bottled water, a kettle and a fridge in each room, ensuring their guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay.

There were issues reported with the bathroom emitting a strong sewage smell, which may negatively impact some guests' experiences.

The breakfast spread was lovely, with a great variety of options to start the day. The staff at the check-in counter were wonderful and very helpful. They went out of their way to assist in any way they could. Special shoutout to Staff Semi, Omer, and Gezim for making my stay relaxing, welcoming, and truly wonderful!

I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, walking distance to many tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing, full of local delicacies and a variety of hot and cold options. I also appreciated the kind and helpful staff, especially when one of the twin beds in my room was malfunctioning. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to this city and I must say that I had an amazing experience here. The location of this place is perfect, as it is situated in a very good area with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. The room service was also great, everything was done daily and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plus, they offered airport shuttles and tours which was very convenient. I really liked the in-room amenities such as the electric kettle, TV and air conditioning.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
